2. What is the origin of the hair used, and what textures are available?
We work exclusively with 100% natural Brazilian human hair. To ensure a perfect blend with your natural look, our extensions are available in three textures: straight, wavy, and curly.
3. How long do the extensions last, and when should I get maintenance?
The extensions last between 3 to 4 months, depending on your natural hair growth and daily aftercare. However, we recommend regular maintenance visits to your stylist every 4 to 6 weeks to reapply any extensions that have fallen out and to keep your hair looking great.
4. Do removal and re-application damage my natural hair?
Not at all. Removal is a simple and completely safe procedure when performed by us. We use a special removal solution or tools to release the bonds without damaging your hair. Furthermore, we guarantee the condition of our Brazilian human hair for 12 months when properly cared for. This means your stylist can re-apply the same hair using the rebond system, making re-application very cost-effective compared to your first visit.
5. How should I wash and condition my hair with extensions?
Washing: Always wash your hair from the crown down (do not turn your head upside down), gently massaging the scalp area in small circles. There is no need to scrub the mid-lengths or ends. We recommend using an Aloe Vera cleansing shampoo.
Conditioning: Apply hair repair or conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends only. Never apply conditioner to the scalp or the bonds. Leave the treatment on for 3 to 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with warm water.
6. What products or ingredients should I avoid?
We strongly recommend avoiding shampoos or conditioners that contain oils or fruit acids (such as Wheatgerm or Citrus), as these ingredients can damage and loosen your extension bonds. Additionally, you can use styling products but avoid applying serums near the bonds.
7. Can I blow-dry, straighten, or style my hair? What are the bedtime rules?
Yes, you can let your hair dry naturally or blow-dry it (using low heat and a soft bristle brush). Once dry, you can freely style it using Hot Rollers, Curling Tongs, or straighteners.
At bedtime: We strongly advise never sleeping with wet or damp hair, as it could affect the bonds or cause the hair to tangle while you sleep. To prevent knots, gently tie your hair back in a loose braid or twist before going to bed.
